REFUND POLICY

Thanks for purchasing our products or purchasing our services at FASTSHIFT AUTO .

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SHIPPING POLICY

International Shipping Policy
We are happy to ship orders internationally, but for faster service (and potentially less expensive
shipping options), you might try one of our International Dealers. If you prefer to order from us
directly, please read the following information about your shipping options carefully and contact
us if you have any questions.
We recommend shipping via UPS or DHL -International for the fastest, most reliable service, but
we are happy to ship via USPS International as well. All shipping rates are determined by the
weight and size of your package which can be quoted based on your order size.
Confirmed Address: Ensure your shipping address is correct as we will take to responsibility for incorrect shipping address.
No Guaranteed International Deliveries: Unfortunately, delivery times to international
destinations are NOT guaranteed due to the irregularity of time spent in customs. Customs might
delay delivery for weeks depending on your country’s regulations. Please contact your local
customs office for more information.
Customs Fees & Taxes: All international duties, taxes and any other fees related with customs
clearance or international imports are your responsibility. Please contact your local customs
office and UPS or USPS for an estimate of any additional fees. If a package is refused due to
excessive import fees and duties, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees.
Freight Forwarders: East Coast Circuits is NOT responsible for damage or loss that occurs to
packages after being delivered to the freight forwarder. Keep in mind some freight forwarders
have a tendency to repackage items shipped to them to make use of the maximum space in the
master shipping carton or crate, we pack our items in such a way that it's meant to be opened
only once and not repackaged.
USPS International Shipping Methods - With Tracking
USPS Priority Mail Express International:
• Usually takes around 3-5 business days to reach your country. Once in your country the goods
need to be processed by Customs, when cleared then it’s transferred to your local post office for
final delivery.
• No guaranteed delivery date - customs clearance might delay a delivery.
